Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome for most activities (space permitting). Groups of 8+ and birthday parties require reservations. Call (828) 676-1746 to reserve.
Is there an admission fee?
No general admission — you only pay for the activities you choose.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Groups of 20+ receive discounted rates. See our Parties & Groups.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, all major credit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for guests.
How long should we plan to visit?
Most families spend 1.5 to 2.5 hours and do 2–3 activities.
Can we bring outside food?
You’re welcome to bring snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Ice cream is also available for purchase.
Are you open year-round?
Yes, open daily except major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day). Check Facebook for holiday hours.
Can we leave and come back?
Tickets are valid for single use. If you need to step out, check with staff before leaving.
